What is MiniMax H3?

On deAPI it takes a text prompt, a first frame, a first and a last frame, or up to 3 reference files. deAPI serves the Turbo INT8 build, which takes no step count or guidance scale, and bills per clip.

Yes. Every clip has 32 kHz stereo audio made with the picture: ambience, effects, music and lip-synced speech. MiniMax lists stable dialogue in 11 languages: Arabic, Chinese, English, French, German, Italian, Japanese, Korean, Portuguese, Russian and Spanish.
MiniMax claims no rights over the clips, but its H3 Community License sets rules for them. The license does not cover use in the US, the EU, the UK or South Korea. Products earning over $20 million a year need written permission from MiniMax, a commercial product must show “MiniMax H3” in its interface, and clips may not be used to improve AI models other than MiniMax H3. API use is also covered by the deAPI Terms of Service. Read both before commercial use.
